The NHS in 2068

In the year 2068 . . .

A chip will be inserted into doctors’ and surgeons’ brains with information about all operations in the world. It lasts for 20 years maximum.

To clean the floors there is a small bug. When it gets full it opens the top of its back and takes out a bag with the rubbish inside then continues cleaning. It is waterproof and can be used on other pieces of equipment eg needles.

A special machine that if you had cancer special suckers would be attached to you and the machine would bleep. The suckers would remove the cancer and when it was finished it would stop bleeping. It would also work on colds, sore throats and any kind of pain but you would have to switch it to the right setting. The machine would also provide scans and cure any disease.

All staff in the hospitals will have a special watch on their wrist. The watch allows them to send and receive messages, check the time and most importantly . . . teleport. Paramedics would be able to get to houses much quicker, avoiding traffic and doctors and surgeons would be able to get around the hospital much quicker.
