It will look like a flying dome. There will be a robot doctor. There will be a flying ambulance to come and get people. It will have a beach, gym, swimming pool and a dance class. You will have a take away every night.

When you have an operation you will be dreaming you were dead, when the operation is finished you would be going to the dance class.
